Role: Site Manager – Planned Preventative Maintenance
Salary: £50-60k (depending on experience)

Company

Our client is a leading building contractor specialising in the housing and education sector. The company has a history of delivering high quality projects ranging from specialist refurbishment, roof replacements, traditional construction, internal & external upgrades, and new builds.

Due to new contract wins and an expanding order book, it is now looking to employ a Site Manager working on its new Planned Preventative Maintenance contract with a major housing association.

Role

The immediate role is overseeing roof replacement and external works measured term to existing residential housing stock on a five-year scheme for a large housing association.

You will be required to take responsibility for the delivery of excellent operational performance, managing both directly employed and subcontracted resources, and ensuring they are managed and motivated to deliver cost-effective, high-quality customer focused outputs.

The company has a five-year PPM contract to complete pitched roofing refurbishments of 4,000 homes throughout Oxford, Swindon and Winchester., so we are looking for Site Managers for all of these areas.

Candidate

For this role you must have at least 5 years’ previous Site Management experience
5 years’ supervisory experience with PPM projects (multi-trades)
You must be very organised, logical, pro-active, and able to plan ahead
A knowledge of roofing (particularly pitched roofing) would be useful, but not required
