Role: Procurement Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Denmead, Hampshire

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading principal contractor as it continues to expand, where the company offers you a very collaborative team culture, career development and progression.

The company has 15+ years history in the roofing & cladding industry, specialising in rainscreen cladding and flat roofing refurbishment projects valued up to £8m throughout the South of England, from Cardiff, Hampshire, to London.

However in the past two years it has seen massive growth trebling in size from £6m to £18m, and the business has a very ambitious three-year target to reach a revenue of £40m which it is on track to achieving.

The company is searching for a dynamic and forward-thinking Procurement Manager who wants to make the role their own and contribute to the company’s growth and success as you continually develop your own skills and experience within a supportive team.

Key Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience at Procurement Management level
Knowledge and understanding of rainscreen cladding, fire remediation, and render is desired
Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team, ensuring a high standard of work in line with the company values
Dedicated work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve ways of working and contribute new ideas
Aptitude in decision-making with an ability to work well under pressure against strict deadlines
