Role: Pre-Construction / Bids Manager (Major Projects) – Flat Roofing
Salary: £50k + 10% car allowance
Location: UK wide

Opportunity

The company is now seeking an experienced Pre-Construction / Bids Manager to create new opportunities and business and to achieve margin objectives. Key responsibilities of the role:

Develop and implement a business plan in order to achieve objectives and margin targets nationally.
Acquire new clients and business in the refurbishment market.
Develop relationships with end users that own their premises.
Develop new, and maintain existing, Council approved status.
Undertake sales / technical CPD presentations as necessary to Clients / Surveyors and other key decision makers.
Provide site surveys, technical advice / guidance and prepare proposal specifications for prospective customers/projects in conjunction with relevant Branch staff.
Liaise with the relevant Branch Manager / National Sales Manager on the margin potential.
Develop and maintain an effective project quote and specification tracking and communication.

Candidate

To be successful in this role you must have previous flat roof knowledge on large commercial scale.
