Role: Technical Sales Manager – Roofing
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + uncapped bonus + car/allowance
Location: M4 corridor

Our client is a leading roofing & waterproofing company with a presence throughout the UK. The business has been experiencing year-on-year growth, with 2023 already on course to be their most successful yet.
Due to this success, they are now creating this new area. This is already part of an established area so, if you have minimal sales experience, you will be mentored and nurtured to succeed in the role.
In addition to an excellent salary, and usual benefits, you will be offered an uncapped bonus scheme. The top Sales Managers in the company are currently earning over £100,000k (with a couple at £140k – 150k!) You will also have full technical back-up from the dedicated technical and design teams.
Route to Market
The company services both the new build and refurbishment markets, so you will have the opportunity to sell to both. Your region will cover the M4 corridor (primarily from Reading up to Birmingham) so, ideally, you will live within this area. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience selling to ‘Blue Chip’ end users, surveyors, local authorities and architects.
This is a crucial role within the company – after all there would be no business without sales – and you will be rewarded accordingly. Salary will not be a deal-breaker for the right person! In return you will be expected to go out and win business, not sit back and wait for it to happen. You will need roofing or cladding sales experience, or a working knowledge of flat roofing in a technical role.
