Role: Estimator
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Location: Liverpool

Key Responsibilities

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
Engage in value management and cost control during projects
Conduct risk management processes
Collaborate with construction professionals regarding contract work
Standard estimator duties with an emphasis on sales-related negotiations

Key Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a construction estimator role
Roofing knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in relevant estimating with Excel
