Salary: Excellent salary (negotiable, depending on experience) + company vehicle
Location: West London, West Home Counties & M4 corridor (Home based)

Our client is a successful waterproofing systems provider, who delivers a total roofing, waterproofing and protection package. Due to ongoing, planned expansion and a healthy order book, the company is now looking to further supplement their technical team.
This is a company which really looks after its team, and every method of support will be made available to ensure you shine in your new role.
Opportunity
Simply put, you will be responsible for inspecting flat roofing works within your area and signing these off to meet guarantee stipulations. Working from home, you will organise you week around site visits and report writing. You will also be responsible for onsite training of Contractors.
Ideal Candidate
You may be an experienced Technical Manager, or a Roofing Surveyor or Field Technician looking for your next step up… or perhaps an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a change.
You will have probably come up through the ranks and been ‘off the tools’ for a few years.
You must have new build experience. If you also have some refurb experience, excellent
Experience in all aspects of flat roofing: felt; hot melt; cold melt etc
Ability to work unsupervised
IT literate
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with Contractors and colleagues.
