Role: Site Technician
Salary: £35k + car
Location: Southern area

McCormack Partners is working with a global roofing, cladding, flat roofing, rainscreen and fixings company and we’re looking for a site technician to be based out of the company’s Welwyn Garden City office on a full-time basis.

Principal Duties

Provide on-site pull-testing to fixings and generate reports
Set diary and journey plans to maximise customer service and minimise business costs
Provide on-site technical support, toolbox talks and installation guidance for roofing products
Maintain and develop external customer relationships
Provide on-site support and some installation supervision of fall protection systems

Key Attributes 

A desire to accept training to supplement your existing skill set
A positive and customer focused attitude to work
Organisation skills and comfort with servicing a large geographical area
Construction site experience and unfazed by working at height
Flexible approach to working patterns and duties

Core Competencies

Full, clean UK driving license
CSCS card and demonstratable experience working on construction sites
Demonstrates prior experience and confidence working at height
Technical appreciation for products and applications within construction
Ability to operate hand tools such as drills
