Role: Site Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

The Externals Group is partnering with a well-established and family run roofing and cladding contractor based in Nottingham, to find a skilled roofing & cladding site manager to cover the London area. If you have the experience and leadership qualities to manage roofing projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a site manager, you will oversee roofing & cladding projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time to the highest standards. You will manage a team of roofers and cladders, coordinate with managers and the teams, and ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. The projects will all be commercial work ranging from £500,000 – £4,000,000.

A day in the life: 

Manage daily roofing & cladding operations on-site.
Lead and motivate a team of roofers.
Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with managers.
Liaise with clients.
Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in management and liaising with clients. This is ideal for anyone in a supervisor position or for someone looking to come off the tools that has lead a crew.
