Role: Contracts Manager – Industrial Roofing

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000

The Externals group are working with a well established contractor looking for a contracts manager due to a fantastic pipeline of work available. As one of the leading industrial roofing and asbestos sheeting & cladding specialists in the industry, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

You will be responsible for managing from 2-4 projects simultaneously in the refurbishment market (with the occasional new build project).

Your day to day would consist of:

Managing multiple projects, ensuring they’re on track and within budget.
Coordinate with teams and clients for smooth project flow.
Oversee all aspects of industrial roofing and asbestos sheeting projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Handle unforeseen issues promptly and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in industrial and asbestos roofing.
