Role: Sales Manager (Residential Pitched Roofing)
Contract: Full Time / Permanent

This role is for a talented Sales Manager with high ambitions to lead a team and drive business growth. Although an added benefit, you do not need to have previous experience in the roofing industry.

The company currently has three sales estimators, however, to get to the next level, it is looking for an experienced sales manager to guide and mentor the team whilst closing deals. Due to its heavy investment on marketing, there is an endless stream of inbound leads to the business – no cold calling required!

Company

The company is a leading pitched roofing contractor which operates throughout West Lothian. It specialises in the residential market where 90% of its work is fast turnaround £2k – £3k repairs to full re-roofing packages valued up to £35k, delivering on average 20 projects each week.

The company’s five-year vision is to expand across the central belt throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh and reach a turnover of £10m.

Your role as sales manager will be influential in achieving this goal by winning business, building out the sales team, and penetrating new markets. Commitment and hard work are rewarded with yearly bonuses and opportunities to further develop and progress your career.

Key Requirements 

Experienced salesperson with a drive to win new business and exceed targets
Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team
Dedicated work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, always looking to improve ways of working and contribute new ideas
Ability to manage multiple enquiries at the same time, ensuring company and client expectations are met
Personable with an ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships
