Role: Sales Estimator – Flat Roofing
Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Location: South East (Remote Working)
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales Estimator to join an expanding roofing contractor on their exciting growth journey, and make a real impact not only to the company but your own career!
You will be joining a very collaborative team in a fast paced environment, where you will have limitless opportunities to learn and develop your skills. The Directors are proponent’s of transparency and agency, so you will be trusted to make the role your own without any micromanagement.
Established in 2014, the company currently has a turnover of £10m and has an ambitious 5-year vision to double in size and surpass £20m. It has built a distinguished reputation for its quality of work and operates predominantly in London and Southeast.
Working in partnership with a number of housebuilders, end users, and Tier 1 contractors, the company’s projects range in value from £300k – £4m in both new build and refurb markets. 80% of the business’s work is flat roofing, with 20% being associated works such as green/blue roofs, rooflights, cappings, safety systems, pitched roofing, and fabrication.

Key Candidate Requirements:
Proven career history as a specialist Estimator in the roofing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
Proficient time management, forward planning, and organisational skills
Self-disciplined to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
Commitment to accuracy with a meticulous attention to detail
