Salary: Excellent salary (negotiable) + uncapped commission

Established over 100 years ago, our client is part of a billion-dollar, multi-national company. They have a unique business model whereby, although you will earn an excellent basic salary and enviable commission, you will be able to operate run area almost like your own little business within a business.       

Opportunity

We are now seeking two Regional Sales Managers to join the company, selling the its premium roofing systems for new build and refurbishment projects.

You will be paid well above market rates, but you will work hard for your money and enjoy doing so!

Route to Market

Surveyors, architects, building owners, maintenance companies, education, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, NHS etc.

Ideal Candidate

You are the type of person who stands out in a crowd. Considered to be a winner by your peers, although you know that this is down to your own hard work and perseverance. There are a couple of necessary attributes we are looking for:

At least two years sales experience (but probably less than 10)
Confident in your own ability
Hungry for success
Ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit!
Not looking for a 9 to 5, dead-end job
