Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Greater Birmingham
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000

The Externals Group are working with a well-established Industrial roofing and cladding contractor based out of the Midlands. We are currently seeking an a project coordinator who will be assisting in the day-to-day coordinator of roofing projects in and around the midlands.

A day in the life:

Oversee the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Ensure accurate and organised project documentation is maintained.
Ensure that each task is correctly identified, assigned, and executed within the agreed parameters.
Ensure the supplier database is maintained and updated accurately, and all new suppliers have been approved internally.
Ensure that all hire equipment has been obtained via the most competitive quotes.
Oversee the raising of purchase orders with suppliers, purchase orders must be checked against the project allocations, potential overspends must be highlighted and addressed.
