Role: Estimator – Industrial Roofing
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE

The Externals Group is delighted to work with a leading roofing and cladding contractor who are looking for an estimator/surveyor to join their team in the North West. This role is crucial for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Industrial roofing projects.

In this role, you will analyse project data, assess costs for labour, materials, and time requirements, and provide clients with reliable project quotes. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of projects.

A day in the life:

Prepare detailed cost estimates by analysing plans and specifications.
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.
Gather proposals, specifications, and related documents.
Liaise with other professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Update specifications and plans as required.
