Role: Estimator – Roofing – Commercial Refurbishment
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Competitive – £45k – £55k

Founded as a family business 35 years ago, our client is one of the UK’s leading roofing contractors in the Public, Commercial and Industrial sector. Their nationwide network of offices each specialise in innovative roofing systems and services backed up by a comprehensive technical team.

The company ethos is still based very much around teamwork, with people (both staff and customers) and health & safety being of the utmost importance.

Company growth has been organic and steady, turnover increasing by an average of £1m – £1.5m, year on year.

Opportunity

Due to company growth, our client is currently looking for a full time Roofing Estimator, based in the Greater Manchester area.

Ideal Candidate

You will have experience of commercial roof refurbishment projects and have knowledge of flat roofing systems.

You will have experience of estimating on refurbishment projects valued between £100k-£1m.

It is desirable to hold the following qualifications. However, training can be provided if you do not hold all of these certificates:

SMSTS
CSCS Card
First aid at work
Working at height
Hot Works
CISRS Scaffold Inspection
FASET netting inspection
Asbestos Awareness
