Trio win Thames Water £160m programme partner deals

Thames Water has picked three consultant teams to lead programme and project management of large infrastructure projects supporting the delivery of its Strategic Resource Options Programme.

This programme include building a new reservoir in Oxfordshire and a new river abstraction point on the River Thames to  support demand for an additional 1 billion litres of water every day for its customers over the next 50 years.

Jacobs & Mott MacDonald JV
Turner & Townsend Project Management – (subconsultants: Laing O’Rourke, Nichols)

The framework will give the company access to professional support services worth up to £160m as it works to advance a number of strategic projects to address future water supply challenges.

The latest award completes the consultant line-up following the naming last month of technical partners for £300m worth of services.
