Role: Technical Sales Manager – Roofing
Market leading salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + uncapped bonus + car or allowance
Location: M4 corridor (flexible)

Are you an established roofing sales manager who feels that you are not being rewarded for your hard work and commitment in your current role? Stuck in a rut with no scope for progression? Perhaps you have a year or two of flat roofing sales experience and are now ready for your next step up…?

Company

Our client is a leading roofing and waterproofing company, with a presence throughout the UK. The business has been experiencing year-on-year growth, with 2024 already on course to be its most successful yet.

Due to this success, they are now creating this new area. This is already part of an established area so, if you have minimal sales experience, you will be mentored and nurtured to succeed in the role. You will, however, have some roofing knowledge.

In addition to an excellent salary, and usual benefits, you will be offered an uncapped bonus scheme. The top sales managers in the company are currently earning over £100,000 (with a couple at £140-150k). You will also have full technical back-up from the dedicated technical and design teams.

Route to Market

The company services both the new build and refurbishment markets, so you will have the opportunity to sell to both. However, your remit will be predominantly in refurbishments. Your region will cover the M4 corridor, so you will live within this area, ideally around the Bristol area. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have experience selling to ‘Blue Chip’ end users, surveyors and local authorities.

About You

This is a crucial role within the company – after all there would be no business without sales – and you will be rewarded accordingly. Salary will not be a deal-breaker for the right person! In return you will be expected to go out and win business, not sit back and wait for it to happen.

You will need roofing or cladding sales experience, or a working knowledge of flat roofing in a technical role and some previous sales experience. However, if you recognise yourself here, regardless of experience level, then speak to me today.
