Salary: £45k – £55k + package

McCormack Partners is working with a large, rapidly expanding fit-out contractor specialising in student accommodation and retail refurbishment. With a current turnover of £35 million per year, the company has set its sights on achieving a turnover of £50 million per year, and is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join their team.

Founded in 2018, our client is a nationwide full-service refurbishment contractor with offices in Essex, Durham, and Bristol. With broad sector experience and a diverse, professional team, the company is well-equipped to support every aspect of a refurbishment project from concept to delivery. The company places great importance on building close working relationships with clients, and its understanding of the unique requirements of each job ensures that it delivers the quality that it is synonymous with.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a site manager
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fit-Out
