Quartet secure Thirteen Group £500m new homes deal
The North East’s Thirteen Housing Group has selected four firms to deliver a £500m new build programme for the next four years.

The housing association is a strategic partner of Homes England and has secured £191m of finding for its programme to build 3,270 affordable homes by 2028.
Last month Thirteen picked Esh Construction, Equans and RE:GEN to deliver a £150m home improvement programme over the next five years.
This contract formed part of Thirteen’s plans to invest over £300m across almost 25,000 existing homes within 15 local authority areas in the next five years.
