Role: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Location: Hungerford

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with measured term contract and social housing experience to cover projects within the West / South West of England, based from their Hungerford office.

Role Summary 

The role will require the Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial resources of the various projects to maximise cash flow and margin. The candidate will also be expected to support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise. Assess, review, and mitigate risk while implementing milestone policies.

Relevant Job Experience

Experience working on social housing refurbishment projects
Experience working on measured term contracts
Managing direct trades
Material procurement
Sub-contractor procurement and management

What we are offering

Base salary ranging between £60,000-£70,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
Car allowance / company vehicle with fuel card
