LANGLEY TRAINING SERVICES (LTS) – a new social enterprise within the Langley Group endorsed by the UK government as a main training provider – is forming a national partnership with the National Roof Training Group (NRTG).

The National Roof Training Group is the umbrella organisation for the nationwide regional training groups which support the roofing industry to access a range of training schemes such as NVQs, apprenticeships and health and safety qualifications.

Shared Ambition

The two organisations say they have a shared ambition to promote and stimulate collective training initiatives. They will unlock barriers to training through the creation of employer-led initiatives providing opportunities for smaller organisations to access government-funded training programmes to upskill their workforce and train the next generation.

In establishing the social enterprise, Langley bolsters its reputation nationally for creating solid foundations for the next generation, both through a range of professional qualifications and an overall approach led by quality and standards.

Training Service Partnership

We’re confident this apprenticeship facility will deliver for the individuals and businesses involved, as well as play an important role in plugging the national skills gap in support of the government’s levelling up agenda.”

LTS is now open to applications to support the industry with a range of government-funded training schemes. With limited spaces available, applicants are encouraged to register their interest as soon as possible.
