Role: Estimator – Flat Roofing
Location: Essex
Salary: £40 – 50K (depending on experience) + potential bonus

Opportunity

The company is now seeking an experienced Flat Roofing Estimator to join the team in Essex to calculate and prepare tender submissions, ensuring they return the required profit for the branch.

Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have:

Extensive experience in estimating flat roofing projects, particularly with Permatec hot melt systems
Previous experience
Able to demonstrate competence in: adaptability; business awareness; detail handling; initiative; planning and organising; roofing industry; plant; safety and communication
General computer awareness
