Role: Estimator – Cladding
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Ilkeston, East Midlands

The business has achieved its best year to date, growing rapidly from £3m – £9m in the past two years.

Their clients are mainly Tier 1 contractors and developers, and with constant enquiries flowing in they have an abundance of work in the pipeline.

They usually have 6 – 8 major contracts running at one time, with 90% of their projects being new build ranging from £500k – £2m. This mainly involves standing seam, composite panels, and rainscreen cladding systems.

They are a dedicated team of honest, caring, and enthusiastic people. They trust and work hard for one another, united in their goal to exceed customer expectations and provide an outstanding service.

Key Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a specialist cladding estimator
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
Proficient time management, forward planning, and organisational skills
Commitment to accuracy with a meticulous attention to detail
IT literate and fully conversant in all Microsoft packages
