Data centre specialist files administration notice
Data centre construction specialist AC Plc has filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator.
The notice was lodged with the courts last Friday.
Bedfordshire based AC specialises in all aspects of data centre construction across the UK and Europe including the manufacturing and installation of cladding, roofing and curtain walling.
Latest results for the year to March 31 2022 show AC made a pre-tax profit of £946,000 from a turnover of £49.1m.
During the year the company employed 193 staff.
