McCormack Partners is working with a leading roofing maintenance contractor looking for an account manager to join their customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has experience in an office-based client or customer support role and is looking for an almost endless way to progress their career!

Our client is a nationwide roof maintenance contractor. With four UK depots and over 550 employees, our client provides planned and reactive maintenance and refurbishment services to various sectors. It is now looking for the right individual to join its helpdesk team to manage key client accounts and support its next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities

Accepting and processing work orders
Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
Scheduling of reactive jobs
Providing support to the outer teams within the business and clients
Supporting with RAMS

Ideal Candidate

Minimum one year in a customer support role via telephone or email
Experience in a construction or building maintenance company is desired but not essential
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and workload and work under pressure
