This is an excellent position for an experienced Project Manager to join an expanding Building Envelope Contractor, who are offering you a very collaborative team culture and a lucrative package.

The upcoming project is a 70-week refurbishment contract based in Leeds, where you will be managing a site team of 4 managers, installing rainscreen cladding systems.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Facades Project Manager
Excellent knowledge and understanding of rainscreen cladding and remediation
Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team, ensuring a high standard of work in line with the company values
Personable with an ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationship
IT literate and fully conversant in all Microsoft packages
