Role: Commercial Manager – Small Works
Contract: Full Time
Salary: £65k – £75k + bonus + benefits
Location: Denmead, Hampshire

Company Overview

The company has increased their turnover from £6m – £40m within the last 3 years.

The small works division focuses on flat roofing contracts with a mixture of refurb, small works and reactive jobs.

In 2023, they completed 500+ jobs ranging from £50k – £500k.

Key Requirements

The post requires a commercial manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience.

Experience in flat roofing is advantageous.

An estimator or commercial background is beneficial.
