A major construction recruitment agency has been bought out of administration.

Administrator Kroll has confirmed the sale of PSR Contract Solutions Ltd to PSR Staffing Solutions Ltd.

Kroll said the deal will “ensure continuity of employment for PSR’s 1200 staff and temporary workers under the PSR Solutions brand and will provide customers with continuity of supply of temporary workers, protecting them from business interruptions.”

Matthew Ingram and Elizabeth Welch were appointed as Joint Administrators of PSR Contract Solutions on Tuesday and following their appointment the business and its assets were sold to PSR Staffing Solutions.

The firms has its headquarters located in Stafford, West Midlands and has been a leading provider of permanent and contract personnel in the construction industry since 2005.
