The Government has confirmed that the indefinite extension to the use of CE marking for the wider business community in the UK will not apply to construction products. Following its announcement yesterday, the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has now confirmed the u-turn on accepting CE marks will not apply to construction products.
