Cambridge Uni shakes up builders line-up for £680m spend

The University of Cambridge has named a fresh line-up of construction partners to deliver a £680m work pipeline over four years.

Among the major project winners B&K, Morgan Sindall and Willmott Dixon secure places for the first time, while Laing O’Rouke, Balfour Beatty and Bouygues will not renew their places in the new framework.

The operational estate is one of the UK’s largest and most diverse, ranging from Grade 1 listed buildings to cutting-edge laboratories and research facilities, museums to a farm and a botanical garden.
