Position: Contracts Manager – Roofing
Salary: £45k – £65k (depending on experience) + package
Location: East Tilbury, Essex

Company

The company is a leading roofing contractor based in Essex with a £15 Million turnover each year. They are a principal contractor and specialize in refurbishment work, with a focus on flat roofing (80%) and pitched roofing (20%).

They work directly with Surveyors and big manufacturers and have a national presence. The company culture is easy-going and laid-back and have grown to where they are through natural progression.

Role

They are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for managing roofing refurbishment projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £1,200,000.

You will be managing a portfolio of multiple projects at any one time and will have the opportunity to grow and progress as the company expands.

Candidate

Knowledge, understanding & experience of flat roofing systems (felting & liquids)
Knowledge and understanding of pitched roofing systems (DESIRABLE)
Minimum 2 years of contracts management experience
