Role – Recruitment Headhunter 

Reporting directly to the managing director, you will have responsibility for headhunting select personnel for retained assignments in the UK and USA’s roofing & cladding sector.

The role includes and is not limited to, advertising roles, sourcing candidates, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and negotiating job offers with customers and candidates.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will have at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, working on permanent positions in the construction sector
Experience recruiting in the USA would be an advantage
