A Jaipur steel family since the 1980s
Since the 1980s, the family has moved from trading galvanized sheets to roll-forming roofing, decking and purlins, and has since added solar module mounting structures (MMS) at around 500 MW of capacity a month. The group supplies sites across India, with turnover of ₹400+ crore.

Milestones
- 1980sFamily enters the steel business, trading galvanized sheets.
- 1996First cut-to-length line set up in Rajasthan; more lines added since, and the facility is still running.
- 2012Budhia brand launched with roll-forming lines for roofing sheets, later extended to decking, purlins and strut channels.
- 2022Budhia Steel Works Pvt. Ltd. (BSWPL) formed as the group’s solar company.
- 2025–26Roll-forming lines added, taking solar to 14 lines. Capacity now ~500 MW a month, supplying sites across India.
- NextIn development: in-house hot-dip galvanizing.
