Role: Technical Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid)

McCormack Partners are working with a leading player in the roofing and cladding industry which is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. The company, based in England and Scotland, has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and innovative fixings solutions to the construction sector.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and implementing technical standards, systems, and processes
Providing direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards for all products
Coordinating regular product testing and evaluation
Responding to technical inquiries from customers and colleagues
Project managing new product range launches
Updating product data sheets and website
Developing and updating company literature
Managing individual training programs for sales personnel
Monitoring site work carried out by company personnel and wind load tests
Exploring the potential for in-house calculations

Key Requirements

Technical experience in the roofing and cladding industry
Knowledge of industry standards and recommendations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
