Role: Roofing Surveyor
Salary: Excellent salary (negotiable, depending on experience) + car + benefits

Company

Our client is a specialist roofing and cladding contractor who provides a complete roofing service for commercial, factory, warehouse and industrial properties. They have substantial experience in the areas of new build, refurbishment and maintenance and repairs.

Role

You will complete roof surveys and measurements to ascertain clients’ requirements, then provide a quotation for the refurbishment works. Your role is to convert pipelines into confirmed jobs… there is no need to bring in new business. Don’t have estimating experience? Don’t worry, you will be fully trained in this.

Project details

Mainly strip and re-clad
80% of projects will be refurbishment (overclad/ re-sheet) Metal & Composite panel
20% are flat roofing
Asbestos removal

Ideal Candidate

You must have previous roof surveying experience
Asbestos awareness
You should have some previous estimating experience OR be willing to learn this
Previous experience with sheeting and cladding
Some flat roofing experience would be preferred
You are pro-active, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
Passionate about your work and want to represent the company to the highest standard
