Position: Quantity Surveyor – Flat Roofing
Location: East London
Salary: £70k

They operate in both new build and refurb sectors, on flat roofing projects valued from £50k – £2m.

Key Candidate Requirements

Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the flat roofing industry
A strong understanding of the mechanics of managing a complex construction project
Excellent knowledge and understanding of flat roofing systems
Knowledge and experience of pitched roofing and lead work would be beneficial
Excellent planning and organisational skills
