Role: Project Manager (Roofing & Cladding)
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland

This is an excellent position for an experienced Project Manager to work with a leading contractor offering you a very collaborative team culture, career progression, and a lucrative package.

You will be responsible for delivering the roofing and cladding package on a prestigious new build hospital, valued at £4.5m, which involves single-ply, hot melt, rainscreen and metal cladding systems.

Key Requirements

Proven 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on multi-million-pound projects
Knowledge and understanding of flat roofing and cladding systems
Excellent communication skills for liaising with a wide range of clients, professionals, and workers on site
IT literate with the ability to learn new systems and use them efficiently
Excellent planning and organisational skills
