McCormack Partners is working with a large, rapidly expanding fit-out contractor specialising in student accommodation and retail refurbishment. With a current turnover of £35 million per year, the company has set its sights on achieving a turnover of £50 million per year, and is now seeking a skilled fit-out projects manager to join its team.

Founded in 2018, the client is a nationwide full-service refurbishment contractor with offices in Essex, Durham, and Bristol. With broad sector experience and a diverse, professional team, the company is well-equipped to support every aspect of a refurbishment project from concept to delivery. The company places great importance on building close working relationships with clients, and their understanding of the unique requirements of each job ensures they deliver the quality that they are synonymous with.

Role

Managing 6-10 contracts at any given time, with projects valued between £500,000 and £5,000,000
Overseeing the day-to-day management of contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a contracts manager
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fit-out
Formal technical qualifications
