Role: Project Manager – Cladding
Salary: Excellent salary (negotiable)

If you are you an experienced Cladding Project Manager looking for the opportunity to join an expanding company with an excellent culture then this role is for you!

You will be managing a rainscreen cladding project in Leicester, and working with a very collaborative and forward thinking team who will support you and invest in your career development.

The client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing Building Envelope Contractors, and in the past two years the company has seen massive growth having tripled in size from £6m to £18m.

The ideal person should be determined to take on responsibility and take control of your work/processes to contribute to the company’s continuous growth and success.

Key Candidate Requirements

5+ years’ proven Site management experience
Experience with Rainscreen cladding, render, fire remediation and scaffolding set up
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Self-disciplined to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts
Excellent numerical and IT skills
Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work in line with the company values
CSCS Managerial Card holder
SMSTS
