SIG ROOFING is looking for a new local hero who has gone above and beyond in 2022 in supporting the community through their roofing work.

Part of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) Awards, the Local Hero award celebrates the work of roofing professionals in their local community.

With only one month left to nominate a local hero, SIG Roofing is asking for nominations to be submitted on the SIG Roofing website. The winner will be recognised at the UK Roofing Awards in London on 12 May as SIG Roofing’s guest. They will also receive a £2,500 holiday voucher.

Roofing Hero

The award looks for individuals who demonstrate compassion, community spirit or just plain support for people in need. They might have raised money for a charity, given their time and expertise for a good cause or helped someone in distress.

They might have reacted completely instinctively and thought nothing of it, but SIG Roofing wants those acts of random thoughtfulness and kindness to get the recognition they deserve.

For SIG Roofing, sponsoring the award is an opportunity to support not just the industry, but the people who shine the most. Through championing and recognising those who demonstrate talent and compassion, we elevate those individuals as the ideal representation of the roofing industry.

The winner of the 2022 award will receive a £2,500 holiday voucher which will be presented at an awards event on Friday 12th May 2023.  The winner will be an SIG guest of honour at the event and will be provided with an overnight hotel stay.
