McCormack Partners is working with an exciting and rapidly growing client in the North West who is seeking a talented and experienced Pitched Roofing Estimator. Join a dynamic team at the forefront of the roofing and cladding industry, where you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in delivering successful projects.

Role

As a Pitched Roofing Estimator, you will be responsible for:

Producing accurate take-offs from architects’ drawings
Conducting on-site surveys and taking accurate measures
Creating preliminary costings with material and labour breakdowns
Utilizing computerized work systems
Preparing detailed quotations for clients
Collaborating with clients and sub-contractors
Working closely with in-house project managers to ensure the scope of work is correctly handed over
Contributing to a positive team environment

Ideal Candidate – Estimator

Proven experience in the roofing sector, both in refurbishment and new build projects
Thorough knowledge of all types of pitched roofing
Flat roofing knowledge is desirable, but not essential
