Role: Divisional Manager
Salary: £100k – £125k (Depending on Experience)
Location: Enfield, London

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Divisional Manager to join an expanding building contractor on their exciting growth journey and make a real impact not only to the company but your own career!

You will be a key player in managing a fast-paced division and driving the business towards their ambitious goal of £50m turnover by 2025.

A very strong Commercial or Operations Manager with proven success in their role searching for a promotion in their career will also be considered.

The company is an industry leading building contractor specialising in the housing and education sector with a history of delivering high quality projects ranging from specialist refurbishment, roof replacements, traditional construction, internal & external upgrades, and new builds.

Since restructuring its management team in 2018, acquiring senior personnel from Tier 1 Contractors within the City of London to spearhead growth, it has taken the strengths and structure of a Tier 1 contractor mixed with the culture of an SME creating a business with the best qualities of both, achieving year on year success.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior management level within the construction
Previous Senior Management experience within a mid-sized SME
First-class leadership skills – you can delegate, prioritize workloads, run productive meetings, and be a role model for others
A proactive, diligent, and forward-thinking approach – you’re enthusiastic and will be committed to achieving both personal and divisional success
Experience in delivering measured term contracts/term service contracts
