Role: Contracts Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Salary: £50,000- £55,000 + bonus

Additional Benefits: Car allowance, fuel card and clear progression routes

Location: Warrington

Company

McCormack Partners is working with a firmly established leading roofing and cladding principal contractor in the Northwest. The company works on anything from flat roofing projects (single ply, liquids, felt), to pitched, to sheeting and cladding.

As a contracts manager, you could work on anything from 1 or 2 large projects to 5 or 6 smaller projects at any one time. The role would be from the head office in Warrington with some travel also involved.

The company offers you an excellent working environment with great people, and career progression towards senior levels within the group.

Key Candidate Requirements

3+ years of contract management experience in the roofing or cladding industry
Strong analytical and project management skills
Confident and dynamic personality
Fully conversant with creative elements of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
Enjoys simultaneously managing numerous projects to deadlines in an organised and calm manner
Extensive knowledge of managing projects in a construction environment
Strong knowledge of roofing systems such as felt, single-ply, liquid or pitched or sheeting and cladding and steel fixings
Ability to interpret CAD drawings
CSCS card
