Role: Business Development Manager – Roofing
Market Leading Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + uncapped bonus (OTC £25k) + car or allowance
Location: North West (home based)

The client is a leading roofing contractor, based in Merseyside. The company has grown significantly over the past few years and is now focusing on continued, steady, sustainable growth over the next 3 years. To help achieve this, it is now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help take the company to the next level.

In addition to an excellent salary, and usual benefits, you will be offered an uncapped bonus scheme. We are looking for quality sales and commission will be based on margins, not on turnover. You will also build a network of regular, repeat customers.

Route to Market

Although projects will be mainly in the refurb market, you will also be able to win new build contracts, so we are particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience selling to ‘Blue Chip’ End Users, Surveyors and Architects.

Candidate Requirements

This is a crucial role within the business and is regarded as the ‘final shape in the jigsaw’ for the company’s plans. Therefore, you will be a successful sales professional in the roofing market, with experience in at least one of the following:

Flat roofing refurb experience with a contractor
Refurb experience within roofing contracting
Roofing specification sales
