The client is a leading manufacturer of exceptional products and solutions for new build and refurbishment projects. The company has a wealth of experience in dealing with key clients and customers across all building sectors to deliver a quality service from pre-planning through to completion.        

Opportunity

Due to further expansion and the introduction of new product ranges, the company is now seeking  additional Sales Managers to join the team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will identify and target new clients, customers, and business opportunities in your area. As a member of the Specifications team, you will work closely with colleagues to promote the business and drive opportunities in your region.

Working on new build and refurbishment projects, you will arrange business meetings with prospective new clients including building surveyors, architects, social housing, local authorities, main contractors, roofing contractors, and direct clients
Maintain, develop and grow the business within your area

Ideal Candidate

You will already be a seasoned Specification Sales Manager, looking for your ‘forever’ company. Or you may be  seeking an established ‘Blue Chip’ company where you can grow and thrive. There are a couple of pre-requisites:

You are hungry for success
Looking for a long-term move to an established, well-esteemed, yet growing manufacturer
Flexible and always willing to learn
Technically minded
A n excellent knowledge of premium flat roofing systems
